My complaint:
My pick up window was scheduled 9:21 to 9:51 but pick up request 9:30am March 28th well I was getting ready to go down to wait for the cab at 9:15 but I ended up having to poop. By the time i finished pooping i got a call from dispatch saying cab is waiting for me. I had to wait for elevator to pick me up from 3rd floor to go outside. By the time i got outside i saw the driver close door to get ready to leave. I knock on window the driver lady refused to let me on the van. I said I am here now i had to POOP. the driver refused to let me on. EXCUSE ME I WAS POOPING AT 9:15 I HURRIED DOWN AT 9:30 AT MY PICK UP REQUST TIME.. so why the driver refused to let me on the bus the.. .. THAT WAS NOT RIGHT I WAS POOPING FOR GOD SAKE i ahd to go to the bathroom and i i saw my cab driver waiting outside . i knocked on window to let driver know i have arrived. but the driver REFUSED TO LET ME ON THE VAN.. it was only 9:30!!! exact pick up time . wha tis the matter with the driver?? that is not right. THAT IS VERY WRONG TO HAVE A 5 MINUTE WAITING time that NOT RIGHT… you need to tell drivers to wait 15 min waitig time until the end of the waiting time not on the request time.
Suggested solution:
fix the waiting time 5 mintue to 15 minutes instead. because what if passengers have to go to the bathroom at the last minute like me.. i had to POOP at 9:15. i did not know the driver had arrived as left my bathroom to see that the driver called. the driver was CALLING ME AT THE SAME TIME i was going downstairs . tha tis not right.. after they call passenger they need to wait at least 15 minutes to allow the passenger to come downstairs. you need to fix the system!!!! TELL YOUR DRIVERS TO WAIT 15 MINUTES AFTER REQUEST PICK UP TIME to allow passngers to come downstairs. as i was on 3rd floor!!!!!!!!!. please fire the driver.
