My complaint:

I HAD A TRIP SCHEDULED FOR TODAY, 3212023, WHICH NEVER SHOWED UP DESPITE THE FACT I KEPT CALLING. BY THE TIME I ACTUALLY TALKED TO A LADY TO LET HER KNOW, IT WAS TOO LATE TO SEE THE DOCTOR AND THAT THE DOCTOR HAD CANCELLED ME OUT. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. IF IT HAPPENS AGAIN, THEY ARE GOING TO CHARGE ME FOR MISSED APPOINTMENTS.

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHY NO ONE SHOWED UP AND WHY NO ONE CALLED TO SAY THEY WERE NOT COMING

Suggested solution:

BY SHOWING UP WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO.

DIRECTIONS: DO NOT USE GPS. COME IN PAST THE LEASING OFFICE ON THE RIGHT, MAKE A SHARP RIGHT BEHIND THE NUMBER 25 SPEED SIGN AND COME UP TO 5604 16TH AVENUE, BUILDING IS ON THE RIGHT,
