My complaint:

I SERVED WITH OUR US ARMY FOR 24 YEARS AND RETIRED HONORABLY. I AM A BI-LATERAL AMPUTEE DUE TO MY SERVICE TO OUR GREAT NATION. I HAVE BEEN A PROFESSIONAL-GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE FOR OVER 20 YEARS. I CONSIDER MYSELF A PROFESSIONAL IN WHAT I ACCOMPLISHED AND WILL ACCOMPLISH. WEDNESDAY, 14 DEC 2022- PICK UP TIME GIVEN BETWEEN 4:15 PM AND 4:45 PM. I WAS APPROXIMATELY 5PM WHEN I LOOKED AT THE TIME AND REALIZED- YET AGAIN, METRO ACCESS WAS LATE OR WORSE, NOT COMING AT ALL. UNFORTUNATELY, I WAS CORRECT- NOBODY SHOWED UP. I FOUND MYSELF- AS A BILATERAL AMPUTEE, SITTING IN MY POWERED WHEELCHAIR FOR NEARLY TWO HOURS THAT EVENING- IN THE COLD. I SPOKE WITH TWO (2) SUPERVISORS THAT EVENING- WHO WORK THE WHERE’S MY RIDE DEPARTMENT, WHO DID NOT SEEM TO HAVE A CLUE IF I WOULD BE PICKED UP OR NOT. I WAS TOLD BY THE FIRST SUPERVISER, MY RIDE WOULD BE 36MIN LATE- IN ADDITION TO THE 15MIN IT WAS ALREADY LATE- SHE BECAME FRUSTRATED WITH MY QUESTIONS AND SIMPLY HUNG UP THE PHONE. THE SECOND SUPERVISER I SPOKE WITH WHEN I CALLED AGAIN, SHE AND I WERE ON THE PHONE – NEARLY LONG ENOUGH TO KILL MY BATTERY! SHE ALSO INFORMED ME THAT MY RIDE WAS JUST OVER 30 MIN AWAY FROM FORT BELVOIR, WHILE THE DRIVER NEEDED TO DROP OFF ANOTHER PASSENGER. THIS MAKES MY TIME SITTING IN THE COLD APPROXIMATELY ONE (1) HOUR FOURTY MIN. WHEN I FINALLY WAS FRUSTRATED AND COLD ENOUGH, I TOOK A CHANCE AND DROVE MY WHEELCHAIR HOME- 2.6 MILES DOWN ROUTE 1 OR RICHMOND HIGHAY WAY. MY EXPERIENCE WAS DANGEROUS, VERY DARK AND VERY COLD. I HAD BEEN SITTING IN THE COLD FOR APPROXIMATELY TWO (2) HOURS AND, I THEN REALIZED NOONE WAS COMING TO PICK ME UP!

EDUCATION, LEADERSHIPTRAINING, HONOR, LOYAOLTY AND INTEGRITY- SIMPLY CARING! ENSURE YOUR DRVERS HAVE THE TOOLS REQUIRED TO ACCOMPLISH THEIR JOB EFFICIENTLY- CRUDENTIALS TO ENTER MILITARY INSTALLATIONS WOULD BE A GREAT PLACE TO START! REQUIRE YOUR QA EMPLOYEES TO GET AWAY FROM THEIR DESK- GET ON THE GROUND TO ASSESS THE QUALITY OF WORK AND ARE THE CUSTOMERS BEING PICKED UP WHEN AGREED AND ARE THE DRIVER'S CONDUCTING BUSINESS AS PROFESSIONALS?
