My complaint:
I was scheduled for a ride home on Saturday, October 29th. Metro Access called me and said that they would be getting me a taxi and I would receive a text message. I received it, but when I tried to , I got a message that it was an invalid account. I called Metro Access, but the rep could not resolve it. I ended up calling a friend to go home. I am requesting a refund of $4 on my EZ Pay account.
Suggested solution:
Apply a refund to my EZpay account.
