My complaint:
Witnessed a MetroAccess driver throw an empty redbull can out of his window at 711 in Forestville, MD at approximately 11:05 am. Immediately after littering he went into the store…he could’ve thrown it away in the trash cans in 711. Lazy and illegal and im tired of seeing pointless trash all over the sidewalk and streets because of people like him. His van number is 5871. In the picture you can see two pieces of trash to the right of his van the further one being the can.
Suggested solution:
Fine him.
