My complaint:
Will close your account for no reason . Really . Happened to me my mom a friend of mine . All 100% honest great sellers with 5 stars . 1,000’s of items sold . To top things off when u try to appeal to them that its been a mistake ur ignored . I had %3 cancelation rate . 4.8 rating they cancelled me before christmas during epidemic , i live in so cal that was still in lock down after 10 months . Tbis was my main source of income . Tbey were totally unsympathetic. Didnt even care to listen . I lothe mercari , my blood boils just thinking of them . I have nothing but disdame for this company. Its a shame i like their site. I would never recommend tbis site to anyone ever . EVER !!!

They should compensate me for all the time i spent putting up 700 ads only to be cancelled. For no reason . DO YOU KNOW HOW LONG IT TAKES TO PUT THAT MANY ADS UP ???!!! The oresident of the company would have to call or write me , with proof that tbey have changed the way they do business. And compensate me for money lost for the last month and a half that i shouldve been making before id come back to mercari. Otherwise i hope they choke on it. THEY ARE TERRIBLE heartless.
