My complaint:
Someone falsely accused me selling fake items . I sold 600 items had 1300 ads 4.8 rating %3 cancelation. Best i can figure , becasue tbey dont tell u is a competitors made a false claim about me. I go on twitter to warn everyone and they block me . I sent dozens of messages theu the help center only to be given the run around. If u ever have any issues while using mercari chances are very high u will be ignored , or treated horribly.
Suggested solution:
Apoligize for screwing me right before christmas. I had 1300 ads .do u know how long that takes. Tbis is my only means of income because of the virus. They never even listened . They have horrible service. They need to reopen my account stop automating their closing of accounts . Put all my ads back up and compensate me for the money ive lost the last 1 12 months since they closed my account. An average of what i was making before my account was closed would be ok. With reasonable interest . I was a great seller . They should be glad to bave sellers loke me. Instead they treated me horribly. Horrible
