My complaint:
I was scammed by a buyer. I shipped my item in said condition, same day – within the same hour. A return request was submitted saying that I sent a different item. Which was untrue. Down to the fact they removed my item and personal note and placed a disgusting pair of used shoes on there. I replied immediately with proof of the faulty claim. I was told to wait it out for my “return” and would be able to file a dispute. I was not. Their policy lies. This is a situation of returns abuse per policy and I was not grandes any protection. I got screwed over for telling the truth. And I am not the first one. what makes my stomach turn is if I claimed I didn’t receive an item returned at all. I would have been compensated. This is a screwed company system and I will be following up further. They refused to escalate my claim. I was robbed of my item and funds.
Suggested solution:
Compensate me. As stated in their “policy.” 05 stars.
