My complaint:
I sold some items so I had money on my account. I purchased some printer ink which says delivered but I haven’t received it. I told customer service they said it was sent to be held at the post office I can’t drive due to seizure activity and I’m having problems walking as well. So I can’t pick up the item. I wrote them again they suggested to do a redeliver I tried that it’s not eligible. So I told them this. They sent me the exact same message to try the redeliver so I was pretty ticked off by this time I deactivated all my items on their site and told them to keep the money I hope they feel good about it and that I’m deleting my account. Well I tried to but I have active sales so it won’t let me. So I told them they need to rectify the situation. I didn’t send the shipping label so I can’t do anything at this point. They then closed out the sale and I guess I don’t get my item that I paid for. I don’t know if I’ll get paid for the shipment I sent out and I am so broke not working due to the corona and the seizure activity. I don’t want to sell anything else on there. I also said that how should I trust them if this is my very first purchase and this is how it goes. I told them I can’t walk or drive. They tried nothing to help. Attached is a picture of the email they sent me that the purchase closed before receiving my item.
Suggested solution:
I feel they should give me the money for my sale abs let me close my account. I will not sell or buy again on there. The item is very late as it begins it got lost then this. If I have to go through this trouble for some printer ink what would happen if I shipped my motor that’s on the app. I can’t afford to lose a penny I’ve got doctors appointments coming out of my ears that I can’t pay for. I joined to make money not lose it. Thank you so much. I appreciate any help I can get.
