My complaint:
I ordered the soap thinking it was a good size for 14.50! Boy did I get fooled! It fits in the palm of your hand! Not worth 14.50! I contacted the seller and he said he posted the size in the ad which he did not because I would have never purchased it! So I asked for a refund and that I would return it Mercari and seller said NO! It was in the description (Size) and it was NOT! I told them that I would send the soap back the answer was no! I got ripped off! Seller knows it and so does Mercari! What am I to do? They sure don’t take the customer’s side! What happened to buyers protection? I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else! I am one pissed off customer!!!!!! Merilee Dawson
