My complaint:
I had an account with my Mercari since 2021 that I was selling on. I was in and out of hospitals for a few months. So I didn’t keep my account up. They deleted my listings. When I able to get back on I started from scratch basically. Using the same email Mercari created a duplicate account. I now have over $600 sitting in my Mercari account which I can’t move because my banking and debit information is locked into an account that no longer exists. I can’t talk to anyone on the phone and they keep giving me the run around. I don’t have multiple checking accounts and it will not allow me to do anything. I have provided all documentation to verify me.
Suggested solution:
I would like them to correct my account so I can get my money that is owed to me.
