My complaint:

I sold an item through Mercari and 4 days after shipping they cancel my order( also say I accepted the cancellation. Which I didn’t) I was informed that it was up to me to find the item in the postal service, even though they set up shipping. The problem with that is the tracking number they gave me says it’s invalid. In top of that I have been blocked from messaging the buyer. So, I can’t ask him if he received the item. They stole from me and try to blame me. They claim to protect the seller as well as the buyer, that is a lie. In short, they make a lot of fees from the sellers, without them they will go out of business. Since they like cheating their their actual source of income, that going out of business sign should be up soon.

Suggested solution:

I would like the $18.00 I am owed for the item. Without a serious change in their business practices and customer service. I just want what I am due.
