My complaint:
AGAIN! Once a year Mercari limits my account , refuses to allow me to post sell,buy, withdraw MY MONEY and deposit in my account,
They accuse me of selling stolen goods or fake goods and telll me that I have to go back and find receipts from all the items that i have sold to prove that i am selling for a certain manufacturer
Pardon me but this is utter BULLSHIT.
No seller on Mercari is every required to prove at any time that he purchased anything from anywhere, as it is pretty much impossible to do.
They then lie to me and tell me that every one has to do it and agains it is utter bullshit
Thousands of people buy clothing or shoes and after a while sell them on mercari and make their. Money back
I guarantee never has any of them. Shown any proof that they are distributing for a certain manufacture at any time
Since that time i have been falsely accused of shipping packages, with the wrong amount of postage with no proof of their accusations, however they quickly took money from my balance with no approval from Mel. That is called stealing…….
For years i have maintained a 5 star seller rating with few complaints
I have tried to withdraw my own money to my own bank “your account has been limited”
If one person has to do this BS everyone shoutlld be made to,
Second , this is America where you are innocent until proven guilty , and according to law it is illegal to take any disciple action on anyone until they are proven guilty and mercari has not proven , Shown,convinced, proven, not even found and revealed any wrong doing to one single person which means they have not legally handle any part of these problems ,
And now not only has mercari cost me time. And money, I can’t get my Christmas items listed which is costing me the most money which is why i will be filing a complaint with the BBB, and filling criminal charges for. Being treated unequally with the FBI, along with , withholding my money under false pretenses, with the FBI, and not to mention filing a complaint with the FCC, and my congressman
