My complaint:
I recently received the wrong item by mistake from a seller. I have contacted her, but have no way of showing her the item I received as Mercari does not have an option to send pictures and every time we have tried giving our emails so I could send pictures of said item, we get flagged for misconduct. How are we supposed to address this issue so I can get the item I ordered if we are this restricted in our communication?
Suggested solution:
Stop being so restrictive of what we can share. At least add a way to upload photos so issues like mine can be resolved. Pictures can be easily monitored if Mercari is so worried about inappropriate photos.
