My complaint:
A buyer purchased my items all items are in the case with wrapping and the buyer poured stuff on the items. Mercari told the buyer to keep the items damaged and refused to return my items. They advised me I would not be receiving my items. Mercari states if they return all my items then the damage ones will impact the non damage items but all items are wrapped in their own plastic only way to damage these items are if they were opened. I want either my items back or full payment for there customer receiving my items
Suggested solution:
I want full payment from mercari or all of my items returned there buyer us a scammer who poured substance on my items in order not to pay for them. It has plastic so the products will be protected.
