My complaint:
i purchased a loopy phone case and was out of town when it got delivered so i did not get to request a return in time. it was automatically rated for me and the purchase was completed when i returned home. the case i purchased was not listed accurately. it is for a left handed person and i am right handed. had it been listed as a left handed case in her description, i would not have bought it. there is no way for a right handed person to use this case. the holes for the loop are places towards the left side of the case where as the right handed one, the holes are placed on the right side.
