My complaint:
I asked questions before purchasing the electronic device and each answer, I don’t know anything about this item. Why sell something you know nothing about? It is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had.
Suggested solution:
Give me my money back, immediately. I asked questions before paying for it and the seller is acting like a punk.
