My complaint:
I purchased a rare monster high doll dressed as she was when sold by the manufacturer. The doll arrived in a fake knockoff dress that has no value at all. The seller simply denied switching the dress and when I said I was going to report her for the bait and switchtheft she blocked me and refused to make the situation right. I want my $60 back or I want the dress she stole from me. I have made 300 purchases and have never had a single complaint about anyone. My reviews are 100% positive. Hers show a pattern of lies and unethical sales.
Suggested solution:
Refund my money or order her to give me the dress I purcsed. She told me she had 3 other dolls wearing the exact same dress and the photo of my doll, wearing the original dress is still on her store site.
The 1st photo is the doll I received, the second is the photo on her site of the doll I paid for.
