My complaint:
I filed a dispute thru my card user against Mercari because I bought a lv bag worth of $1,090 and when I tried to resell it the same platform(Mercari) and after they authenticated my purse it came out that the purse was fake so I filed dispute since I bought the purse thru Mercari. So Mercari limit my account privileges including request a direct deposit transfer. On the 4th of May 2021 I made a sales from my lv bag in Mercari worth $1,240.87 as my sales money and the buyer rated me 5 stars with positive comments. My problem mow is that Mercari is holding my money from my purse that was sold. Mercari should give my money.
Suggested solution:
I want them to deposit my earning from my Balance to my bank account the I provided in my Mercari account
