My complaint:
I sold a doll to a buyer who, upon receipt, complained the doll had a stain. Mercari refunded the buyer before the buyer sent the item back. Now the buyer has both her money back $135.00 plus shipping and the doll she supposedly did not like. Mercari refuses to help. The item I.D. Is M95142210229

They should make sure the buyer either sends the doll back or I get paid for the doll who the buyer now has
