My complaint:
I sold a Louis Vuitton bag on mercari January 28th. I shipped right away and the buyer received it in February 3rd. Apparently the bag was for her mother who wanted something newer and wanted a refund. She filed the correct motions even though her reason for the refund is not in mercari’s policy. It has been a week and nor the buyer or myself have heard anything from mercari except a standard response their bot gives anyone looking for customer service. I would like the 782$ owed to me. But the second best right thing to do would be at least give me the bag back.
