My complaint:
I had noticed that people were posting airsoft guns which is a toy plastic bb gun which I thought was okay to sell I mean I sold a Co2 BBPellet gun the real ones with medal BBs on Mercari before an never got a warning of prohibited items not one time. Well they took the post down of the airsoft gun 2 or 3 times I’m not sure which I know it definitely wasn’t more than 3 times but what I didn’t understand is this is the first time I’ve ever had any prohibited items posted to my account ever never had any troubles with them and they automatically decided to close my account. Well here’s the big ISSUE before all this I had recently sold one of my items off my mercari listings Well the buyer received his package yesterday I believe I know he has it for sure because I got a message from him stating he did right after that mercari put the limited on my account this is after they done told me that they were closing my account Well I contacted support and told them I needed to receive my funds before my account was closed an they said it would be a short wait period because they had to send me to a different mercari team Well they got ahold of me 6 hours later stating that my funds were in my mercari account that I could finally use my instant pay to have the amount transferred into my bank account Well when I went to do the transfer it didn’t go through because My account was still on limited so I told mercari what was going on an they told me that they needed to send my info to another mercari team to get my account off limited so I can access my funds before they close my account its been almost 2 days now an I’m starting to get fed up with it.

By letting me access my funds that are rightfully mine
