My complaint:
Hi,
I bought a Roomba cleaner from Mercari. The product description says it’s a new product. but when I checked with the Seller, he mentioned that it’s a used product. By that time, the transaction went through.
I don’t want to buy a used product.
Within 4 hours of the transaction, I reached out to the Mercari website put my case forward, and requested them to cancel the order, and refund the money as committed by their Buyer protection program.
So far, I got generic responses (every time I follow up) which are way off from the case facts.
Requesting support to get my refund.
