My complaint:
I sold two pieces of jewelry , got five star reviews from buyers. Tried to sell a third piece, they asked for pictures authenticating brand. Sent pics twice. Got an insulting email telling me my account was closed, that they were withholding funds from first two sales and threatening me to never use their site again. Multiple emails trying to resolve issue have resulted in canned emails, that continue to threaten . Zero customer service and no acknowledgement that THEY may have made an error.
Suggested solution:
Release my funds
