Mercari complaint: CLOSED MY ACCOUNT WON’T GIVE ME MY MONEY

My complaint:

I decided to sell my LV purse on Mercari. I uploaded photos, copy of the Entrupy Certificate for authenticity and paid Mercari to also authenticate. The day the purse sold, they closed my account for non authenticate purse. What??? I still shipped the purse, with the authenticity information from Entrupy the next day, buyer received it, she rated the transaction, I rated her and money was put into my Mercari account. However, I cannot withdraw the money nor can I shop the app because they closed my account for no reason. I reached out to them daily since 6/16/23 no response. I am now out $600 no longer have the purse. I deserve the money that is rightfully mine and the fact they don’t respond to anything nor do they respond to emails is ridiculous. I need help.

Suggested solution:

My account should be reopened and I should be given access to my money.
