My complaint:
I purchased a shirt on Mercari the shirt that came was completely destroyed had snags in it rough spots stitching coming out in the posting where I bought the shirt from on the site looked nothing like that the seller obviously deceived the buyers which in this case was me. I took over 16 photos went ahead and filed my claim exactly how much Mercari wants it, they kept asking for more and more pictures after about 18-20 pictures I told him enough is enough. And the seller sent me a rude threatening message on the site Mercari did nothing about it. I’ve spent in the excess of 6,000 – 7,000 on their site, and this is the treatment they give supposedly valued customers ??? I’m absolutely disgusted by their customer service department and I’m going to be contacting corporate along with filing this through this agency as well….
Suggested solution:
They should have refunded my money or sent me a prepaid shipping label in order to ship it back to this rude seller in order to get my refund but their customers service department kept giving me spin move after spin move and pretty much lied to me. As I said before I'm disgusted !!!
