My complaint:
I shipped out 2 bags the same day. Mercari provided the labels and because I was having print issues I put the same label on both packages. If the package is returned it goes to Mercari and not myself. Mercari allowed the customer to cancel the sale because the tracking number hadn’t updated on the bag that sold for $341. I have yet to received payment on the bag that was delivered that sold for $147 or the bag for $341. I can’t get in touch with the buyer as I have no contact info and should the bag be returned it goes to Mercari and not myself. Mercari is telling me that since the label had the wrong address that there is nothing thye can do about it.
Suggested solution:
I would like to be paid for both bags or receive the bag back from Mercari.
