My complaint:
I sold a pair of sneakers on mercari and buyer claims I sent wrong item. Buyer submitted a fraudulent claim and also submitted pictures of an item I never seen before. Mercari sided with buyer. When I received returned package it did not weigh the same as when first mailed to buyer. The buyer also stuffed package with random items to attemp to duplicate the original weight of the package they actually received. Now I’m out of $315 and a new pair of shoes. They have nothing to protect buyers.
