My complaint:
If you like the smell of smoke then purchase from this seller. She claims the pallet’s are new which they are not. They reek of smoke and Mercari won’t refund because of odor. When pressed about them not being new they said they couldn’t do anything because I started the return with the odor as a reason. After you request a return you are unable to leave a review for the seller so if it smells how are you supposed to let other buyers know. If she had been honest and said it comes from a smoke filled house and I wouldn’t have purchased it.
Suggested solution:
I want a full refund and I’ll mail her stinky makeup back to her at my cost.
