Mercari complaint: No standards pick choose support

My complaint:

Mercari has a policy that a virus can cancel after 7 days. I had dropped off an item and I did not update through shipment yet of the 7 days and customer canceled when. I notified my car rate I had already shipped the item. They told me I was out of luck and that they were not going to make the customer pay and then I had to try to contact fedex to get. The package delivered back to me even though I had delivered had shipped it. Mercari said because it did not show it was dropped off within the 70 window that they could not support me well I Lost that money it was $40 the customer did receive the item and then when I tried to get her to pay me for it then she acted like.

She never received it even though fedex showed me a picture of it on her doorstep well fast forward. I am in the opposite situation I am the buyer. It is now 8 days in Mercari’s guideline say I can cancel but the customer claims the seller claims he already mailed it I asked for proof of dropping off at the shipment place. He doesn’t provide that hes not willing to contact the Post Office for the delivery assistant situation so USPS says they do not have the. Item in their custody it has not been dropped off. I want to cancel but because the seller claims that they have structured off.

They won’t let me cancel the order so when? I am a seller they screw me on my money but now I’m the buyer. They’re just making me wait when their guideline clearly says I have 7 days to drop off the package. It doesn’t say 7 days unless they dropped it off so they just kind of support whatever they want to and now they’re ignoring me when I called. Them on this they’re just not responding to me. There’s no phone number there’s no escalati9n n process they just ignore you.

Suggested solution:

They should make that buyer earlier this year painting for the item that they received they should let me cancel the order within the 7 day guideline as their system. Says and they should apologize to me and treat all buyers and sellers equally
