My complaint:
I bought a new power washer from Menards. New gas and new oil put in. Would not start after many attempts. Tried to return it to Menards and was told because it had gas and oil in it. We were to take it to Granger Lawnmower Place, which I did. After two weeks they said we could pick it up. And, it would be $47.00.
So, we pay for a brand new power washer, brand name Pulsar, and before we can use it have to pay to fix it? This is so wrong. I was told it was bad gas. There’s no way it was bad gas. New gas can and had just filled it.
I would like the fee for “fixing” it refunded. Promptly. No more shopping at Menards for me.
Suggested solution:
To refund the money I paid to fix a brand new power washer.
