My complaint:

Delivery was set up in store for 91122, Received a call early on 91022 wanting to deliver, I asked for a 45 minute wait, they said NO.This date was set up for a special order of additional vinyl plank to come in, The delivery was to be by pick-up (flooring, underlayment and dishwasher). It was delivered by forklift, wrapped as i f it was going across country.I’d made room in the garage for it on an old desk, the guy said he was only to deliver to the driveway. He tossed the dishwasher onto the desk . A few years ago we had cupboards flooring and such delivered and were placed where we wanted them. Sorry to say this does not meet the Menard’s I know. Should of had better experience for the price of the delivery.

That's up to Menard's $90.00 is far too much for a delivery fee when you are 2 miles from the site. Hard to say I'm a satified customer anymore. Just hope this doesn't happen to the next 85 year old woman that's trying her best to stay in her home. More consideration needs to be given customers, you know word of mouth is the best advertisement for a business.
