McDonalds complaint: Unprofessional Manger

My complaint:

There was an issue concerning refills on a large Coffee $2 49
When asked for my first refill …
Cashier had to ask the manager CURTIS.. ( if I get a refill…
My concern was that I did not order a large Coffee..
That I was getting something I did not order…
So I said to the Manger here’s my recipe ..
Just to make sure there was not an issue..
About the size ..
He replied was..
There’s no issue..
I replied I just want to that ..
Only because they made me feel uncomfortable..
That I was getting something I did NOT order..
Then I stared that I never have an issue in another McDonads about refills
He replied..
only get two refills ..
I said I go to other McDonald’s and there never an issue about refills ..
Well not here u only get two refills here here..
And he said …
Well don’t come here then.. .go to different McDonads ..
Now my concern is ..
WHY… WHY…
Would u say something like that…
I am a mature man 65
And only looking what I paid for ….
AND NOTHING ELSE..
IS THIS MCDONALDS POLICY ..
TO TELL A PAYING GUESS TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE .
I turned and walked away ..
Not going to lower my self to his level.

Don’t get me wrong ..
This manager can be extremely professional
And polite..BUT HE DISPLAYS TO BE MORE UNPROFESSIONAL THAN PROFESSIONAL ..
I do hope this behavior will not be played on another paying guess..
