My complaint:
Ordered 2 spicy mcchicken sandwiches at drive through and paid $4.57 out of my last $6.00. Sandwiches were bagged up and handed to me pretty quick, about 90 seconds or so. Sandwiches were hot too. I could feel them through the bag. When i got the first one out and took a bite I thought i was going to break a tooth. This chicken patty looked like a loaded dumptruck had been parked on top of it for the last 12 hours, being it was only about 316 of an inch thick and was so tough and dry that it wouldn’t surprise me a bit if it had literally been made 12 hours prior to me ordering it. Tossed it back in the bag and took out the other one. The 2nd sandwich wasn’t quite as terrible as the first, but was still inedible. And no receipt in bag so no recourse to be had
Suggested solution:
Either full refund or 2 EDIBLE spicy McChicken sandwiches would resolve my complaint
