My complaint:
Basically I use my rewards points which was 12,000 used 6000 of them to order a Big Mac alongside paying for 6 McChicken sandwiches came up to $6.45 in which I used my tap and pay cause for some reason the app wouldn’t let my card on file with the app go through saying it was a problem on the merchant side of things. Anyways I pay for my meal not only was I not credited points for the purchase but out of 12 thousand something points I was left with 707. Later on I checked my history and subtracted not once but twice 6000 in reward points and a additional 600 for nothing cause you do not offer anything below 2500
Suggested solution:
Just credit me my points back and may be throw in a belated birthday bonus 09081983
