My complaint:
The girl up front took my order. I was using rewards points on the app , for a caramel frappe. She suddenly says, we don’t even have frappes. Like I should know that! I told her very politely that it just took off 4500 points! And was awnsered with; I can’t refund your damn points!!! I don’t know what to tell you!!! So I started to ask her if we could talk to the manager, but was told you wait a min! And she then stormed away, telling her manager, you can deal with her
The manager gave me a shake instead of the frappe, but I was trying to tell her what that girl had said and done and she straight up ignored me!!!! Wouldn’t even acknowledge what I was saying
