My complaint:
Almost all the tables were dirty from previous patrons, food on floor along with some napkins. My husband asked a waitress to clean a table for us, and she came back to the manager and laughed and said there was an old man asked me to clean a table off. She didn’t know I was the old man’s spouse placing the order. Finally, the manager told her to clean the table and she laughed again and said she didn’t know where the cleaner was. She finally came and cleaned the table and turned and went back. Next, she brought our food out to us, but neglected the ketchup and salt because there was none in the dispenser, so I followed her back to the counter and asked for both items and she was talking again about my husband. I told her that instead of talking to the other people she needed to say something to the person she was talking about. The manager tried to say she didn’t mean anything by that, but it offended me, and I told the manager this waitress did mean what she was saying, or she wouldn’t be talking about him. You know teenagers maybe is one thing, but grown women is another.
This McDonald’s has gone down terribly bad with getting orders wrong, nasty dining area, and poor service. Really needs to have a professional come in and show management how to run the restaurant in a n orderly way by assigning work to keep a clean dining area, make keeping ketchup filled, lids in dispensers, and staying open with the hours on the door. Especially on a Saturday night.
