My complaint:
Staff had us waiting in the drive thru for over half an hour at 23:00, there was obviously a problem that we didn’t get served so we had no option but to drive away, this is the second time today that something has happened with McDonald’s and it’s made us extremely late, not happy customers!
Suggested solution:
An apology would be a great start
