My complaint:

I received stone cold inedible food and the chips were missing! This was a delivery so I rang uber eats and they said not their problem but yours because they were within the delivery timeframe. Therefore, the fault lies directly with the restaurant as they packed cold food and didn’t complete the order.

I want a refund for cold food and missing items plus disgusting customer service.
