My complaint:
The staff looks like they don’t know what they’re doing. Everyone’s been waiting for at least half an hour if not more for their orders. The delivery people have also been waiting for hours now. The ice cream machine is also broken once again. The employers are not helping anyone with their orders just walking around clueless
Suggested solution:
Probably by having more efficient staff. People that are more helpful and look more present to talk to rather than answering to everything “I don’t know” also fixing their ice cream machine
