My complaint:
On the 10th April I was on a return flight from Barcelona to Bristol, I ordered my food waited waited 12 an hour later still no food. Did notice a lack of staff preparing serving food, this being said it was not good enough. In the end our flight was putting out last gate calls I had to leave run from the outlet to our gate so not to miss my flight without either a refund or my food. I was there in plenty of time to get consume my food
Suggested solution:
At least a refund for inconvenience etc
