My complaint:
I ordered our food at 5:19pm. The cashier asked me for here or to go. I told her for here. She gave me a plastic number to place on our table. I waited until 5:34 and went to ask about our food. The cashier pointed to two bags on counter and told me they were mine. I told her I ordered for here and was told they would bring my food. Another staff over heard and apologized and said he would make us fresh food.
We waited another 10 minutes before I went back up to see where our food was. He said it was just being prepared. It took 30 minutes total to get our food! I am not happy at all and will not be eating here again. Burger King here we come next time!!! The staff that cashed us out was rude when I went up the first time to see where our food was. It washer fault for putting take out after she we said fine in! Terrible experience.
Suggested solution:
We should have received our meal for free after it took us 30 minutes to get our food and me having to go up 3 times to remind them of our good!
