My complaint:
Standing inside store waiting for my order. I watched the manager pull a cup out of dispenser slot, extra cup came out with it and fell on floor. This MANAGER literally picked the cup up off the floor and put it back in slot to be used. This was an older lady. Not some high schooler that doesn’t know better, and the manager at that that should be well aware of cleanliness and safety standards!! Not only this but I get my hasbrowns and they are undercooked and cold. All the while this manager is running around and has no control over the store and berated employees in front of everyone. I don’t know who this chick is but she is older, very short grey hair, skinny wearing black jeans and a black mcdonalds sweatshirt. This lady needs to be fired immediately for putting customers health in jeopardy by unsanitary practices, lack of ability to run the store properly and her degrading attitude toward employees. I myself worked at McDonald’s for several years, I understand stress during busy times but this was a mad house. I don’t even want to go here ever again cause if this manager did this in front of customers what else is being done where customers can’t see. This is seriously disgusting and I fully expect this to be looked into. I will also be making sure I notify osha of what I have seen as well.
Suggested solution:
Retrain employees on health and safety standards, retrain management on how to act professional and treat employees with respect. Fire this current manager
