My complaint:
I am a family of 7 children and 2 adults we went to McDonalds today for my daughter birthday as I promise the children I would go for my daughters birthday as they wanted to go when they back open but I said we wait as we waited a half an hour today with a screaming three month old baby and all the other kids so my order came to 30.20 euro and I had one more meal to order they refuse me I said it was for the child could we pls order it was only one more meal so we didn’t get know I had crying kids in the car who were all excited for McDonalds so my husband threw away to park the car with the kids and I got out to talk to manager to explain what had happen he words were I had to drive around again and go threw the drive threw again for the one meal for the extra child my heart was broken for my kids and my daughter for her birthday as I could not go back around again the que was too long and waiting another half an hour with the kids in the car I have message in my phone has my friends got orders in the same mcdonalds and went over the price cause they refuse to move for them and they gave it and one thing I ask him what about people with big familys u have to drive twice
Suggested solution:
I wanted something done about this I have heartbreaking kids today and u cant have one thing for one person and another for another family
