GOOD MORNING

IT’S MONDAY MORNING, { OCT 4 2021 } , I ARRIVE AT McDonald’s AT 4:09AM,- I’M THE ONLY PERSON IN THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW LINE
{ NO VEHICLES } THAT I HAD TO TAP ON THE WINDOW { NO CASHIER } – AND I HAD TO WAIT – { 5 – 7 MINUTES } – 4:20AM, –

301 – 884 – 5770, BEFORE I GOT MY ORDER, { SURVEY CODE : 10396 – 02081 – 00421 – 04099 – 00064 – 4 } I PLACE MY ORDER
WITH ROBERT, ( STK EGG CH BAGEL ) WITHOUT ( NO SALT ) SENIOR COFFEE WITH 6 SUGAR 3 CREAM, INSIDE THE CUP,
THAT’S WHAT I ALWAYS ORDER ROBERT PUT IN 3 SUGAR 6 CREAM, THAN I HAD TO WAIT ADDITION FOR MY SANDWICH
( 5 – 7 ) MINUTES, WHILE I WAS WAITING ROBERT TRIED TO
GIVE ME THAT SAME COFFEE, WHICH WAS INCOMPLETE,. SO I TOLD ROBERT THAT I NEEDED ANOTHER CUP OF ( H.O.T. ) COFFEE ROBERT REFUSE TO FIX ME ANOTHER CUP OF COFFEE,( WHY FIX MY COFFEE, IF MY ORDER IS NOT READY ), WHICH THE COFFEE IS NO LONGER ( H.O.T ), IT’S S NOW ( W.A.R.M.) THE MANAGER ON DUTY, FIX ME ANOTHER ( H.O.T.) CUP OF COFFEE. IF YOU LOOK AT ANY OF MY ORDERS COMPLAINTS, I ALWAYS ORDER THE SAME THING ( 6 SUGAR 3 CREAM, INSIDE THE CUP ), ROBERT ONLY ADDED 3 SUGAR 6 CREAM, { THAT’S NOT WHAT I ORDER } , THAT WHAT HE PUT IN AS MY ORDER, WHICH WAS WRONG { HARASSING ME } AS I WATCH HIM FIX MY COFFEE. I’M ALWAYS HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE CASHIER { ROBERT }, GETTING MY ORDER WRONG, HIDING IN THE BACK OF THE STORE, WHENEVER HE SEE THE MOTOR COACH BUS, PULL UP, NO CASHIER IN THE WINDOW, THAT I ALWAYS HALF TO TAP ON THE GLASS TO GET SOMEONE ATTENTION, FOR ME TO PLACE MY ORDER. { THERE NEED A RELIABLY CASHIER, WITH SOME RESPECT AND COURTEOUS TO THE CUSTOMERS, WITHOUT THAT, { YOU’LL LOSE CUSTOMERS } , THAT SOME OF THE OTHER MOTOR COACH DRIVERS ARE NOT COMING BACK THERE AGAIN, BECAUSE OF BAD TREATMENT, FROM ROBERT, OUR ORDERS ARE WRONG, NO CASHIER IN THE WINDOW, WE HAVE A JOB TO DO ALWAYS, COMPLETE PAPERWORK, PICK UP AND DROP OFF PASSENGERS ON TIME, AND NOT KEEP BRINGING OUR ORDERS BACK TO McDONALD’S, BECAUSE THE CASHIER ROBERT CAN’T GET OUR ORDERS CORRECT.
