My complaint:
Hi. I’m writing this message as I’m a loyal customer and I really care about McDonald’s as a brand and as an image. I just want someone to hear my complaints rather than giving me bad excuses. Last week I have made an order which came in wrong, cold, missing condiments and the delivery didn’t reach my location. I had to go personally to take my stuff although I paid for the delivery fees. I have made a complaint to the local store but all I got was laim excuses and the superviser was very defensive and didn’t consider that the customer is always right. Just now, I have made another order over the phone and 30 mins later I receive a call informing me that the order will be cancelled as the delivery cannot deliver to my location which is literally 10 minutes away. Honestly I am very upset due to the lack of professionalism of the staff and especially the bad communications skills they have. The staff should be listening more and try their best to please the customers and not loose them like they’ve done with me. Unfortunately, i won’t be ordered from McDonald’s anytime soon and it’s not the first time I’ve been disappointed. i hope someone will take action and investigate in this matter

Someone senior to speak with the management in lebanon and inform them about the issue and that my complaints shouldn't be neglected but heard
