My complaint:
So I went to McDonald’s in brighouse today on my way to work and I asked for 2 big Mac meals with no cheese when I got it it had cheese all stuck to them and they looked like they had been run over with a car not to help they was both freezing ordered a few other things and my order came up to £18 not the type of money I want to be spending on the worst food I have ever seen or got I want this case resolving yours sincerely a good but unhappy customer
Suggested solution:
Buy sending me my money or giving me a voucher so I can get food on my way to work tomorrow
