My complaint:
I used door dash to order my food. When door dash dropped off my food the driver left and when I opened the bag nothing I ordered was in the bag , I got somone else’s food . I contacted DoorDash and they said I had to call McDonald’s . When they answered I told the woman I got the wrong food she was explaining to someone else and when he got in the phone he was silent I had to say hello when I told him I got the wrong order he said there was nothing he could do . I told him I contacted door dash and he continued to say with rudeness that he was telling me tough so when I asked for his name he said I don’t need to know his name and hung up. I called back and the woman answered and she said I was her boss but she couldn’t. Give his name this happenEd on 6142020 At 9:00pm-9:15pm now I was stuck with food I can’t eat I only eat fish and that’s what I ordered instead I got 2 Big Macs two hamburgers and two chicken nuggets and I can’t eat any of it there was not even frys now I’m out food and $19.00 And I left a tip
Suggested solution:
I want this guy FIRED !!!! treating people like that and he is a manager shows me if mc Donald’s has a kid like that treating customers like this I can imagine how he treats his employees. This punk ruined my evening and my food experience and left me hungry.
