My complaint:
I went to mcdonalds on union street tonight because i had a doordash order 1st off 20 minute wait to get to speaker. Then i waited another 10 minutes to reach the second window. When i got their and told them i had a doordash order i was told i had to pull up to the 3rd window. Once their i had to wait another 10 minutes when i mentioned to the manager on duty how i just waited 40 minutes for my doordash order she just shut the window like it was no big deal like get new people and better managers everyone has problems at this mcdonalds half the time if i go their to order food 80 percent of the time they mess it up or maje the sandwiches to where there un eatable.
Suggested solution:
They need new manage ment and new staff the staff sucks and obviously dont care
