My complaint:
Night crew is awful slow a drive thru. Frequently does not have milk shakes and or sundaes. This night I received raw quarter pounder with cheese. Limpy fries. I have pics of burger I did not eat. I frequent this McDonald’s 5 times a week during morning and lunch time service and food are excellent. But night managers never have been up to par with the staff or food.
Suggested solution:
Run a tighter ship at night and provide a better quality product. Management running out of shake and sundae mix on a regular basis is sub standard management of supplies.
